Real Weather Connector not installing

Have just purchased  SkyMaxx Pro v4.9.1

This installed good, My problem comes when i install Real Weather Connector (version 1.1)

It pops up with the message witch i will add hear as a screen capture.

Your help or suggestions would be most appreciated

1 i HAVE EMPTIED THE TEMP FOLDER

2 I have tried several times after uninstalling and reinstalling but keep receiving the same message

3 at the end it says Program installed but might not work correctly

when i run x plane i see sky-max is installed but do not see Real weather connector in the plugins

This error just means you already have vcredist installed. Everything installed fine.

Real Weather Connector is controlled through the SkyMaxx Pro plugins menu.

I have checked the program and it is as you say, but when i change the weather slightly to see how it changes the weather ,it then freezes the program for about 5 minutes after that it seems to run fairly well
