Unable to Install

While attempting to install the update, I come across a box where it requires me to type my email address (X-Aviation customer purchase validation).  I type it in and then a box come up saying that "You need to specify a value"  What's that all about?  Still running X-Plane 11.41 and no betas.  What gives?

Hi Bill,

This error is caused by large text pushing other info off of the installer screen. To fix this, please set your Windows operating system text size back down to 100% during install.

Thanks Cameron, that fixed it.  I have a 4K monitor and If I don't make text and icons larger, I can't read anything.  Forgot to set it back.

Even after following your help, I still can't get it to work. Any ideas? I am trying to install 1.1.13.

A few things:

1. You may need to restart your computer.

2. You cannot be in the installer when you make this change.

Thank you so much, but this still doesn't work. I have attached a picture of my installer. My setup is: HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop connected to an ASUS VG249Q. Thank you!

My cursor in the installer appears larger than usual.

The image you have provided is clearly showing the enlarged text. Your computer is for some reason not properly making the change, but that IS what's happening here.

I fixed it! Thanks so much. For future reference, I had to go to Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Make Text Bigger > Drag it to full, wait for it to enlarge > Bring back down to minimum, wait for it to update > Install the TBM! Also, just may I say that the TBM 900 by Hot Start is the one of the best aircraft in X-Plane 11! Thank you!
