That makes absolutely ZERO sense. Gizmo is already installed by the point of installation your install is failing.

It has nothing to do with Gizmo at all.

I was having the same issue with the TBM 1.13 update. Tried several times and it wouldn't download the last few kbs. After giving up for a couple days I decided to try again and it worked for some reason. Currently having the same issue with the SR22 though.
