GPS not tracking when in OBS [SOLVED]

Hi all,

I apologize if this has already been brought up but couldn't find anything using the search function. 

Basically as the title suggest, when in OBS mode in GPS tracking, the autopilot will not navigate when in NAV. I.e you have an outbound track set from your departure aerodrome, the autopilot will not capture or track what you have OBS. Photo attached for reference. As you can see I have HDG mode green, GPS is armed(White) but will not capture the OBS track. 

This is only happening when I have it OBS'd, as soon as i get rid of the OBS it works fine.
