Engine died/All displays broken during taxi

I went over a bump during taxi and all of the sudden my engine died and all my displays were broken in the maintenance manager. Is this a random failure or perhaps a conflict with airport scenery?

If you, by chance, have the new Faroe Scenery by Maps2xplane and it happend there, then it's a known conflict of the scenery with xplane 11.26 which is resolved with 11.30.
