FlorianR Posted March 20, 2011 Report Posted March 20, 2011 http://lszh.aviation-art.ch/index.phpThis scenery was made for FS9, but was converted over to X-plane as well. Its highly detailed, has many static aircraft, and doesn't eat up too many FPS.Below is an autolanding I did with an ERJ-170. I know the landing was a bit hard...but whatever . I'll keep practicing. PS: I didn't know if anyone here knew about this scenery, so i thought i might as well post this Quote
PascalL Posted April 15, 2011 Report Posted April 15, 2011 Thanks, but Zürich is not in Germany. Quote
mbvdlza Posted May 19, 2011 Report Posted May 19, 2011 This is quite nice, I must say I have a hard time finding scenery, especially for me in South Africa Your video is great. Does the scenery impact framerate alot? I see some jerkyness, but that might just be the video framerate. Quote
Nova Posted May 19, 2011 Report Posted May 19, 2011 I have this scenery since maybe 1,5 or 2 years. Don't know.On my old system the ultra version (with static aircraft) has an extreme impact on fps, to the degree, that i needed to reduce visibility range or look down in the cockpit. Now with the new, it is still very demanding, getting only 19 (i guess less) fps on ground, while approach is somehow ok. woweezowee Posted May 19, 2011 Report Posted May 19, 2011 Von Berlin aus wirkte Deutschland schon immer größer. Zum Leidwesen einiger Nachbarn. ähem. Quote
FlorianR Posted May 19, 2011 Author Report Posted May 19, 2011 Oops, ist mir garnicht aufgefallen. : Ziemlich peinlich...aber es war ein langer Tag gewesen. Wie auch immer, das ist keine Ausrede - tut mir wirklich leid .Now how do I change the topic title?? Quote
FlorianR Posted May 19, 2011 Author Report Posted May 19, 2011 The scenery does impact your FPS alot when you have the scenery WITH the static aircraft. But if you lower your redering settings a bit, drop the visivilty to below 10 miles and you have a relativly fast computer, it should run fairly well. Quote
