It has worked until now once and has thrown out an error message (see picture). Unfortunately, I have not removed the log file from the main X Plan folder. After the deinstallation I just can not get it loaded. Have already tried a few approaches (firewall, Virus program from) Have never had problems with X-aviation what down load and now das.Habe me through the forum searched and tried a few approaches but has nothing to use. As I've read, I'm not the only one with this problem. Ticket has also been opened but maybe I get here faster MfG a solution. PC data Geforce GTX 1070TI, Intel Core i7 and free space is enough there.

Please give X-Aviation a few days to respond; if you send follow-up messages, it'll just move you to the back of the line again. The installer is made by X-Aviation and we don't really have any insight as to what might cause this. But they should.

I said the same thing, which I have already relieved. Firewall off, Eternet use, virus program from. I also carried out a speed test and my Internet is OK. I do not know what I still to do ... If I did it once, install it comes the error message with the Scenery.Habe this time the log lifted. Perhaps there is a specialist here in the forum. Log.zip
