Entering Airways

HI:

Could some one give me a quick lesson on adding Airways to a flight Plan? If I am reading the G1000 manual correctly, if you select a waypoint and turn the FMS knob counterclockwise, it should bring up a menu for airways; but it doesn't' it just scrolls backwards.

Hi,

enter 1st fix , as the cursor moves down to empty field click MENU and choose "load airway" then scroll to choose and ENTER.
