Unable to install on X-plane 11

I'm attempting to install Version 1.21 on X-plane 11 and getting a missing component error message. See image below. Does anyone know what's wrong here?0dde91542d9aed4a09ea4a381b1747d8.jpg

I had a similiar problem once - it was due to me connecting to the internet through an old router - once I connected my computer DIRECTLY to the internet, the download worked.

Actually I logged into my account at X-aviation and downloaded the installer again, attempted the installation again and this time it worked. Not sure if that was just pure luck but happy now. Thx anyway for the reply Jan. Karl
