[Not a Bug] G1000 PFD doesnt support metric altitude

I've read real G1000 spec linked by TBM builtin docs. it says

Displaying altitude in meters:
1) Press the PFD Softkey to display the second-level softkeys.
2) Press the ALT UNIT Softkey.
3) Press the METERS Softkey to turn on metric altitude readouts.
4) Select the BACK Softkey twice to return to the top-level softkeys.

 

but there is  no "METERS" softkey appearing

Yes there should be, you should choose "alternative units" or something like that in the PFD.

This is a limitation of the Laminar G1000. Sadly not much we can do about that at this time.
