Pan View in X-Plane

I have my joystick hat switch setup to pan left and right. I don't see a way to setup the hat switch to pan up and down. When I did set it up for up/dn it reverts back to the 3D panel and not the spot or circle view. How can I pan up and down in circle or spot views? Regards, Bob.

Welcome to X-Pilot. It's great to have you here!

For pan up and down in the spot views:

Push the up button on your hat switch and then assign it to: "tilt up"

Push the down button on your hat switch and then assign it to: "tilt down"

I have mine set to the advanced controls - views pan (left|right|up|down) fast.

Works in all views.
