Matthew Stratford Posted September 2, 2017 Report Posted September 2, 2017 (edited) Hi All , I would like to confirm if anyone else experiences the probles I have * Recalling saved FMC flightplans , e.g. company routes .. is there a way I can recall long and complicated flight routes into the FMC or even save them * Landing autobrakes when setting RTO and 1- Max Autobrakes it would seem the aircraft is not braking automaticly when rejecting or doing a autoland is this normal on the acft? unlike the 73-8 that would automaticly apply the brakes is there anyway to extend the battery lift on the aircraft when cold and dark , firstly can we remove the battery warning sound , abd should the battery not be able to ru for 20 minutes ? it seems shorter on mine? also only 2 cycles of the APU kill it compleatly even if I run the APU for 15min or more charging he cells thanks and keep up the good work Edited September 2, 2017 by Morten Quote
Litjan Posted September 2, 2017 Report Posted September 2, 2017 Hi Matthew, yes, you can save and recall routes, check out the enclosed instructions for how to do that. The autobrakes should work - just make sure that they don´t get disengaged by applying manual braking. Look for the autobrake disengage light to show this. The battery life is pretty realistic. It should give you about 30 minutes of life, including one APU start attempt. Charging the battery takes a long time. Using correct procedures battery life should never be a problem, and you should also never hear the "warning sound" (which means that either the IRS is running on battery power only or that the avionics fan has not airflow. Check out the enclosed instructions on how to do a proper cold+dark startup. Cheers, Jan Quote

Litjan Posted September 2, 2017 Report Posted September 2, 2017 There is a folder "documentation" in your aircraft folder, it holds all the mentionend information (and links to the tutorial videos). Jan Quote
