support@x-aviation.com response time is 3 business days. every time you send a new email you start over.

Make sure you read the process correctly. Did you get a ticket number for your support request?

If the answer is yes, then wait. (It normally takes up to three business days, but could take longer in some cases).

If the answer is no, you did something wrong and nothing will happen.
