mgeiss Posted March 22, 2017 Report Posted March 22, 2017 Navigraph switches from LIDO to Jeppesen for it's charts and AIRACs. This seems to not only add quite a few airports to the charts DB, but also introduce some new features. http://blog.navigraph.com/post/158703930126/jeppesen-charts-to-the-flight-simulation-community
Tom Stian Posted March 22, 2017 Report Posted March 22, 2017 It took some time for me, but I really like the LIDO charts. So im not sure what to expect when Navigraph are switching to Jeppesen. But will give it a chance. I like the new nightmode that navigraph are adding. And I hope it will be more smooth to update the charts in the next version compared to how it works now.

I love Jeppesen Charts. Curious how aivlasoft Efb will work with the new format. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
mmerelles Posted March 23, 2017 Report Posted March 23, 2017 does this means they may also extend chart coverage? I have the 12 month subscription and find it very useful for flying usa and europe but argentina has no charts not even for major airports i also like to fly NZAA to NZQN (Queenstown) no charts either as of now.

Yes, they will cover more (6,784) airports after the switch. However, Argentina as well as NZ are already covered. Here is a list of all AG and NZ airports within the current package: Edited March 23, 2017 by mgeiss
