Hi guys may you explain why on my account I see this description near to ixeg order ?

Link expires: Sunday 06 November, 2016

And the description of the order has a bar over....today i loaded plane and it requested me the activation procedure and I don't know why.

I'll wait for your response.

Thanks Cameron for quick reply . 

I didn't knew about the six months automatic reset . 

But I purchased ixeg on 5 august and not six months ago .

I made a ticket about the same issue, I am probably just a bit dense about it, but how do I reactivate? When reviewing my order there was no link except Request Reset via support ticket. Is this the correct way?

To re-download an expired link, yes, you would need to write in as you've done.

To re-activate you would simply fill in the activation pop up in sim when it comes up.
