Hello,

I just wrote a ticket regarding an activation error, "All license slots used". Last time I wrote a ticket, I got a "Ticket Created" message after sending the support request. This time, I didn't get anything. Is that normal or should I definitely be getting a ticket confirmation? I don't want to be sending multiple emails :)
