I am looking to buy this beautiful aircraft and was just wondering on how stable it is in its current build, and also if it isn't stable if there is a way to revert back to an older (maybe more stable)  build. Also one question, Will ground service vehicles and doors etc be added in the future?

The aircraft is pretty stable, haven't had any problems since i bought it four months ago. the flight dynamics are very accurate and the systems simulation as well, it have been developed and tested by real pilots and skilled programmers for a period of five years and still is. Many argue that this addon is the best you can find nowadays in any simulation platform and with no doubt this is true, It made me buy xplane 10 (had to unistall p3d to give orthophotos more room B)). Since the aircraft is still in development, they plan to add some minor features that are missing such as functional doors and some fmc functions, if you want to see the full list of features to be added you can check this post:

Hope this clear your doubts :)
