Comet133 Posted July 24, 2016 Report Posted July 24, 2016 (edited) First of all I want to thank you for making this phenomenal aircraft. Sadly I ran into a problem last night. While flying to ENGM from EHAM, upon reaching the waypoint LIMBI x-plane crashed (did the flight 3 times to make sure it was this waypoint). I tried to reinstall w2xp, which didnt help. I also tried to fly it in different aircraft, the FF767 and the SAAB 340A, which didn't crash x-plane. So i figured it might be the IXEG 737. Hope you can do something with my log files. I'm using Navighraph cycle 1608 Greetings, Comet133 GizmoLog.txt IXEG_FMS_debug.txt Log.txt Edited July 24, 2016 by Comet133 Quote
Litjan Posted July 25, 2016 Report Posted July 25, 2016 Hi Comet, sorry to hear about your crashes. I think there may be some kind of incompatibilitly here, most likely memory exhaustion. Cheers, Jan Quote
Comet133 Posted July 25, 2016 Author Report Posted July 25, 2016 Hi Jan, Thank you for the quick response. I will look into it. Not really a technical guy, but I am sure I will figure it out. Greetings, Comet133 Quote
rcmarple Posted July 25, 2016 Report Posted July 25, 2016 Quote 0:23:52.984 I/SCN: DSF load time: 710282 for file Custom Scenery/zzz_hd_global_scenery3/Earth nav data/+50+000/+53+004.dsf (43859 tris) I'd try it without the HD meshes. As Jan says, memory may be the issue and the HD mesh might just push things over the edge? Quote
Litjan Posted July 25, 2016 Report Posted July 25, 2016 Just look into your scenery_packs.ini file and put a "_DISABLED" behind the "SCENERY_PACK" - that way you don´t have to move the relevant files. Jan Quote
Comet133 Posted July 25, 2016 Author Report Posted July 25, 2016 I think I have found the problem. I disabled the photoscenery for the Amsterdam area and now it works. Thank you very much for your help and time. 1 Quote
