Company Routes - Tutorial - SOLVED

In the "Tutorial Flight 4 - Full Flight With FMS.pdf", page 14, says: "You can find out more about entering the company routes in IXEG Pilot Handbook, Chapter 11, Flight Management". However, the manual refers: "3-Pilot Quick Reference Handbook" only has 6 chapters and none of them is referenced.
Please could you tell me where I find the reference indicated?
