[1.0.3] Realistic refuel - Ground Services menu

Hello

I think I discovered a minor bug with realistic refuel from ground service menu. Instant is working ok.

It won't refuel anything above 9.1 tons. In other words, only refueling wing tanks and not center tank.

But if I start the APU or start the engines. Then it will refuel beyond the 9.1 tons. ^^

But maybe you, Jan and Nils, had either APU or engines running when you tested this ?

I was able to confirm this behaviour, and we will fix ASAP.
