chabbi Posted April 9, 2016 Report Share Posted April 9, 2016 Hi all I own the SAAB 340 version 1.2 and like it a lot. only recently I found in my email a notification for the 1.3 update. in my purchased downloads it shows: 3 downloads remaining, but under download links "expired December 2015". therefore I have no access to the 1.3 update to which I am entitled. none of the x-aviation staff (I tried 3 different e-mail contacts over 2 weeks) have responded with a download link or updated my downloads. I wonder if x-aviation is still in business or a good source for future x-plane purchases? anybody has an idea what is wrong with them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And I'm really surprised that they haven't gotten back to you because they are normally very very responsive. Maybe you were posting on the wrong forum, But you should hear from them here very soon. As it turns out, you have relentlessly sent endless e-mails over time for your support ticket. Our website is very clear when you create a support ticket: "Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!" This is further followed up AFTER you submit a ticket with massive red text explaining it to you yet again. Don't send further e-mails. You'll get a response.
