Hello, I recently bought SkyMaxx Pro and I am having trouble with the purchase verification on the X-Aviation installer. After entering the details, it responds "Error fetching URL". While attempting to install the update, I come across a box where it requires me to type my email address (X-Aviation customer purchase validation). I type it in and then a box come up saying that "You need to specify a value" What's that all about? Still running X-Plane 11.41 and no betas. What gives?

Hi everyone, My company has recently invested in skymaxx and terramaxx for our simulation environment. I was able to install and use both of the packages on our test machine with no issues and both packages looked fantastic! However, I then installed both on our 3-machine wraparound simulation environment using exactly the same process as before; terramaxx worked but for some reason skymaxx is not showing up in the plugins menu in x-plane - so we can't use it! we used exactly the same installation process and the folder 'silverlinings' is in it's correct place in the resources/plugins/ folder - so we are really not sure why it isn't showing up in x-plane! I have also checked in the activate/deactivate addons menu in x-plane and it doesn't show up in there either. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the non-beta version of gizmo. Does anyone have any tips or troubleshooting strategies which might help us get this working? it's really disappointing to not be able to use this great product in our flight sim! Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hello, I bought TerraMaxx a few days ago and tried installing it. It has worked until now once and has thrown out an error message (see picture). Unfortunately, I have not removed the log file from the main X Plan folder. After the deinstallation I just can not get it loaded. Have already tried a few approaches (firewall, Virus program from) Have never had problems with X-aviation what down load and now das.Habe me through the forum searched and tried a few approaches but has nothing to use. As I've read, I'm not the only one with this problem. Ticket has also been opened but maybe I get here faster MfG a solution. PC data Geforce GTX 1070TI, Intel Core i7 and free space is enough there.

I have owned this FINE aircraft for about a year now. I never had problems with re-installs before (different motherboard or replaced hardware). Went to install today after new motherboard replacement and I get the following error: This is very foreign to me and I honestly have no clue where or how to solve this problem? Any help is GREATLY appreciated . . . . Thanks!
