Hello, After reading all the good reviews about the IXEG 737 Classic i thought this is the plane to have but i am still on the ground with this IXEG 737 Classic After installing it in my XPLANE 11 (11.34 -steam version) it is not working !!! The standard planes that come with Xplane 11 work with no problems at all! So after installation of IXEG 737 in XPLANE i get the following issues; 1) No Sound ( after restart of xplane 11 sound settings went to zero for some sound settings, bug?) 2) My Joystick (Warthog Hotas) the axis of joystick and throttle input does not work , only some buttons work. Can somebody help me to get this working? Thank you

I downloaded Skymaxx pro a few days ago and have been unable to install the program. Every time I go to enter my 'customer email address' it keeps asking me to 'specify a value'. I have sent an email to x-aviation the moment I couldn't install the software, does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply, or is there an easy solution? thanks in advance

Hello. I have just gotten the new 737, but something seems to go wrong when I install it. The plane loads into the sim, but when I open it, non of the switches work, the little side pop up menu dosent show, and when i go to check the plugin tab, it dosent show anything there. Ive done everything I can think of to fix this, from updating X-Plane, to a full re-install of the game. Im running X-Plane 10 on my mac book pro, if that helps at all. Any help would be greatly Appreciated!

I am trying to install X-Plane10 on a very newish install of Ubuntu 15.1 (x64) I have followed this guide: http://www.x-plane.com/?article=linux-installation-walkthrough but with the installer for X-Plane 10: http://www.x-plane.com/update/installers10/X-Plane10InstallerLinux.zip and set up the link using ln -s /usr/lib32/libopenal.so.1 /usr/lib32/libopenal.so.0 The issue is that X-Plane will not start unless no sound is chosen (whereby it runs fine though quietly). I have looked through the logs and also the Cycle Dump file and can find no reference to where X-Plane is looking. There are several references to a 'mesa' library but that is apparently already in Ubuntu. With a scenery heavy install approaching 50Gb (as I had on Windows) I find it crazy that X-Plane will not ship with its own required libraries of a few Mb if it is insistent of using older versions.

Hopefully someone here can help as I've left two messages now via the website at X-Aviation and haven't received any reply. I'm running on a Mac with xplane 10.22. I purchased the Oregon scenery pack and downloaded the installer. When I run the installer it asks for my login credentials and my download key, along with my X-Plane install directory and a download directory. There are no error messages, and the installer says that the install is successful, but it went very quickly and the only thing on the drive in my specified download directory is a file titled "Denied//Invalid request." with a "file_list.txt" with the same "Denied//Invalid request." within it. X-Plane is not in my home directory as I read that could have been a problem. I've checked and rechecked my login credentials and download key. I can't think of anything else to try. Can anyone offer assistance? Thanks, Dave
