  1. I see. Thanks for the update.
  2. Hello, I have the latest installer for SMP and Mac OS Sierra, however when trying to install, I get following error attached; Also I get the same error when trying to instal RWC.
  3. Hey guys, does skymaxx pro 2.0 work well with the NOAA plugin?
  4. Does the sky colors have anything to do with the darkness of the cloud at sunset?
  5. Looking forward to the next update whenever it comes.
  6. Hey, well yes. I am seeing what you are seeing. They are darker, slightly darker than the default in my opinion. So far I have not seen them any darker than this. Don't mean to be a bother but I know clouds are darker in reality even with city light sources.
  7. Yeah dude, I agree, The developers say they are comfortable with it which is sad.
  8. Yes I can atest that with SkyMaxx Pro 2 at default settings I get 30FPS average which is slightly more than what I get with default clouds. using your product with surrounding thunderstorms, my FPS locks up. Default clouds don't respond this way.
  9. Oh I see. That sounds good to new there are more improvements coming in the future
  10. OK, eems increasing the cloud draw distance fixed that issue. I do notice however when flying from a cloudy condition to a clear area, the clouds simple just fade and disappear until I get to an area where clouds are reported. Is there a way to have the clouds not disappear in front of the aircraft but instead fade away a distance behind?
  11. Ok ill check that out right now. Hey another thing, I noticed that the clouds pop in and out at a far distance distance. Thats not a problem for me but I do also notice they pop in very close ti the aircarft while flying. Is there anything I can do to rectify this?
  12. Yep I am aware.
  13. Smh. You guys do know that clouds are almost impossible to see at nights right?
  14. Hey devs, any chance the clouds will be much darker at nights in the next update?
  15. Oh ok. Maybe the developers of skymaxx pro 2.0 can attempt this too like you did. Im not a pro like you at editing png's but I willl look into this on my own.
  16. Is it a X-plane limitation why clouds in general cannot look darker, almost impossible to see at nights when there is little to no lights source? The clouds are easily seen at nights which isn't very realistic in most cases.
  17. Great! that sounds good. I have done a few flights with the 757 and Skymaxx Pro 2.0. The only issue so far I have with xsquawkbox right now is the crash to desktop on start up of x-plane, not a fault of skymaxx pro. I think its a problem with xsquawkbox itself. I don't know if you are familiar with this issue Sundog, but every time I want to use X-plane, I have to start ''X-plane 10 32 bit'' first then I start the ''64 bit version'' and It doesn't crash on start up. I do see some other issue with Skymaxx Pro 2.0 with the general change/weather update but think i will start a new topic regarding that.
  18. So there's a problem with SMP 2.0 and xsquawkbox? smh Was xsquawkbox tested with SMP 2.0 during is beta phase? Does anyone seem to have issues with FF 757 professional autoflight and SMP 2.0?
  19. I agree with this statement, I am noticing some serious problems with visibilty and xsquawbox weather
  20. Hey, I am running the latest which is 10.30 beta 8.
  21. I do see this happening too. Last night at MKJP the ceiling reported 1900 BKN, while I had clouds around 300ft.
  22. Hey, I do realize there are a lot of settings to play around with. I did just that (reverted back to the default settings). IMO, Cloud draw distance seems to hit my fps the most though. I even managed to keep cloud reflections enabled which are amazing by the way! My frame rates are back to the high 20s so that's where ill keep it . Thanks for the advice.
  23. I realize skymaxx pro hits my fps hard just by adjusting the cloud draw distance slightly. is there anyway the developers will improve the cloud draw distance performance?
