Speed, altitude+++ hard to read

1920*1080 here in a 32" screen and it looks perfectly fine for me (and I use glasses xD) -
XP always uses the "hardest" AA and Anisotropic filters but your GPU uses more complex settings you will always win a little if you set your parameters via GPU drivers.

[SOLVED] Custom Keystrokes / Joystickbuttons
bokepacha replied to TOBS's topic in Version 1.0 Support - Closed!
I personally don't find hard to use those switchs and buttons, it just needs some time until you get used to them. I fully endorse the FMC via kerboard. Some letters are particulary hard to press (like the "E", you have to click perfectly in the middle or you'll miss it) -
Hi all, Just to mention, the real plug-in location for ground power unit to the plane is located at the nose of plane, not inside the front wheel. Maybe for future updates? ;D

Top-secret info from the CRJ support headquarter!

As I said to javier in a previous personal chat: You must be promising a ton of women to Philip because the's doing a perfect job ;D -
Won't you need more runway for departure after that hard breaking landing? I remember talking with some CRJ200 pilots in GCXO while we were landing and they talked about idle reverses while taxiing to H/P rwy 30 because of the high slope of the runway. They were talking about hot brakes and longer runway needs if they don't use idle reverses. Also, they had numbers for brakes temperature (not degrees celsius) and they had to follow some checklists regarding these brake temperatures.

CRJ-200 runway roll free replacement sound download...
bokepacha replied to ARTIK's topic in Version 1.0 Support - Closed!
No, I don't take anything personally xD So, are you telling me that you use an specific channel for vibration? That will make me understand more things. I didn't understood that in the first time. "far away from being bad"--> Surely it's a bad translation. I mean your sounds are very good as said before, but not totally useful for me now ;D I won't be the one telling you anything bad about your work -

I'll check it after work. I don't use crap speakers/soundcard since year 2000. I agree with you it's in the same level of interest as monitors, but if I require the item you mention, then it's not a sound for everyone and the default one has a better chance of spreading. Anyway, your sounds are far away from being bad or regular!!! -
High framerate but light rythmical shutter

Checked. Same procedure but no LEGS page in sight and no stutter also. -

AFAIK real CRJ pilots rely on ATC wind info. -

Hi Arty, I was reading that before posting my opinion, but it's different. I'm not talking about "I think both sounds need more "punch"", I talk about the differences between both sounds. I use a 5.1 sound system and I can give more power to lower sounds but my opinion is: Your sound is very good for something moving fast through the runway, but missed all the vibration sounds inside the cockpit. It is the same as if you are hearing the sound OUTSIDE the cockpit. Dunno if I made myself clearer this time xD -
High framerate but light rythmical shutter

I went from 29-30 to 20-22 I suffer from severe lack of frames but not due to the CRJ. It happens to me since the first day. I use to have 1/4 of the frames others have with the same specs. I'll try ro record a better video because you can barely see the stutter in the videos but is very easy to see in RL -

I could finally check Arty's sounds and they miss something. Those are good roll movements if you hear them from inside the gear, but they miss all the vibration that makes the different parts of the plane to hit eachother and produce that plastic and metal sound crashing. You can hear that sound in every single landing but it's missing in his sound update. My poor 2 cents ;D -

Today I also suffered from Stuttering. Fresh x-plane copy, crj in LESA, 30 FPS (but it lasts for nearly 30 minutes, then 19 but that problem must be related to me for sure), LEGS screen showing and stuttering comes to me. Here you have 2 videos, stuttering is low in the video, but annoying in RL. It's something you can live with, but a little annoying. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v235/bokepacha/?action=view¤t=X-Planemovie_CRJ200_1.mp4 http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v235/bokepacha/?action=view¤t=X-Planemovie_CRJ200_2.mp4 System specs: Number of cores 4 (max 4) Number of threads 4 (max 4) Name AMD Phenom X4 9600 Codename Agena Specification AMD Phenom 9600 Quad-Core Processor Package Socket AM2+ (940) CPUID F.2.2 Extended CPUID 10.2 Brand ID 11 Core Stepping DR-B2 Technology 65 nm TDP Limit 95 Watts Core Speed 2311.0 MHz Multiplier x FSB 11.5 x 201.0 MHz HT Link speed 1808.6 MHz Stock frequency 2300 MHz Instructions sets MMX (+), 3DNow! Hi again. I checked today the LEVC scenery and I cannot find problems with textures as we've seen in the logs provided, that must be a local problem with opensceneryX. The only problems I've found are related with the apt.dat (syntax problems) and they do not affect the performance and they are not a reason for CTD. I'll try to solve these syntax problems ASAP and re upload a new version. About Valencia 3D, I'm uploading a new version w/o texture problems. ;D
-
Checking again I can tell you something: Avoid using the "valencia 3D" scenery. It's still a non cleaned version and it puts a lot of work into the GPU and you'll need that GPU power for the rest of x-plane. I'll check that valencia3D scenery later this week if I find some time to spare but as far as I remember, I don't have so many errors in my x-plane copy.

Acording to your log, I think the problem is your opensceneryX installation. All those missing textures are OpensceneryX textures!
