Hi Jim, Do you have the R2 library installed in your custom scenery folder?
-
Thanks Ironmaiden. This sim is coming along really nicely, Yes, the feeling of being high up in the air is uncanny. Thanks for the nice comment.

Continuing the European tour. Flying over the Bremen scenery from simheaven. World2Xplane enhanced scenery. The aircraft used is the Alabeo Piper Tomahawk II.

Hi Ironmaiden, My system setup is an Intel Core I7 3770K coupled to a Gigabyte GTX 760 4GB card. Next thing I upgrade will be memory, going from 8 to at least 16 gigs.

Hi, I always use real weather and the NOAA plugin from http://x-plane.joanpc.com/plugins/xpgfs-noaa-weather.

World2Xplane is a fantastic, new scenery generating software by tonywob (don't know his real name) that uses OSM database to create realistic urban and city environments.

Thanks Airbus, this sim has so much potential. Can't wait to fly your upcoming 152 remake. Things are looking bright!

A view of Madeira aboard the Carenado Cessna 210 Centurion.

Touring Gibraltar and the coast of Spain aboard a Cessna CT210 Centurion II. X-Plane 10 has amazing capabilities and we've just begun tapping in. There's certainly more to come.

Hi ointment, There's a pinned thread over at Avsim (x-plane forum) outlining the use of art controls.
-
A short experimental video showing what can be achieved using some of the art controls within the rendering engine.

Whewwww, thank you Tom, you saved the day for me. I was seriously questioning the attitude over here. Goran also seems to have caught on. -

Well I see we have another uphill battle to get X-Plane recognized. Not only do we have to fight the FSX crowd, we now have the X-Plane guys to worry about. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. -

That's it! A note on the Cessna C208B GRAND CARAVAN The prototype first flew in December 1982. The production model was certified by the FAA in October 1984. Since then, the Caravan has undergone a number of design evolutions. Working with FedEx, Cessna produced first the Cargomaster, and followed that with the stretched and upgraded Super Cargomaster. The passenger model, the Grand Caravan, was derived from the Super Cargomaster. In January 2013 a higher-powered (867 shp from P&WC PT6A-140) version, the Grand Caravan EX, received FAA certification.[2] This higher-powered version will be produced by a Cessna-AVIC joint venture in China. Information taken from Wikipedia.org. File information The textures herein are made from the Carenado blanks. I have made every attempt to faithfully reproduce the Alphaland Balesin Island Club Caravan to the best of my abilities. The Balesin Island Club is a resort in the philippines operated by Alphaland Corporation. They use two Cessna C208B GRAND CARAVANS to ferry clients from Manila to the island resort. Yes, some obscure TLDs are regulated but in this case, the .org extension is open to anyone.

Excellent news Juan. Please keep us posted on future developments if possible. thanks -
It makes no difference, there is no regulation or any rules that govern the content of TLDs like .org. You can put almost any content you wish and sell anything on a website, regardless of extension.

Hi Juan, Will Taxi2gate be redoing all their Caribbean airports in the future? This is unbelievably good news! Now that we have some amazing aircraft to fly in X-Plane, we need airports to go to. I can't think of a better destination than the Caribbean and Taxi2gate have the best airports for those of us who like to fly there. Thank you and your whole team for supporting X-Plane customers.
