    I have seen some of the problems with zink and AMD on the forum and the solution is don't use it. My problem is the avionics are dark, i have a intel cpu. Does the answer "dont use zink" apply to intel cpu's as well?

    Stil trying to load a flight plan from xplane12/output/FMS plans 1. Load Xplane 12 2. Load Pilot2atc 3. Connect Pilot2ATC to the sim 4. Toggle FMC to reset FPLN 5. Select FPLN on FMC 6. Select secondary FLPN 7. Select route menu 8. Select disk route listKMCO-KMIA.fmsLog.txt 9. Load FPLN from the list after 10 seconds get "Bad parse data"

    It does not cause a crash, FMC shows "bad parse". The flight plan was created by pilot to atc and exported to Xplane ...output/FMS

    what is considered a hard landing? using the hard landing button what range of numbers would be good.

    I went to PERF menu Fuel management and changed option from predicted to measured.

    trying to load pilot route plan that was saved to x12 sim "FMS" folder. the results come back empty even though i have 15 saved plans in the folder>. Tried loading a saved plan using a different aircraft and it works. ??

    thanks for your reply. I love this air craft! I am retired and fly this plane every day. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the way i have it set up. would hate to uninstall only to find out i the reinstall would also fail. I will move up to xplane 12 soon may just keep v1.6 alive an well. V1.7 had so many bug fixes and that is the reason that i am trying to upgrade.

    Not sure how to go about uninstalling manually. Also not sure if i would keep old info.

    I downloaded the the update. Ran the installation process, when it gets to the point where it says that it must uninstall the current version. I hit the continue key and get a pop up box that says "unexpected error and then ends the setup process. I can still fly the previous version
