  1. Hello Guys - As most know when flying the 900 without using rudders with toe brakes, it creates two problems; Insufficient steering for terminals and small runways Insufficient braking to overcome for landings or the ability to overcome thrust at idle. Since the nose gear on the 900 has reduced travel since its intended to operate using brakes on the main gear, I'm attempting to use my two unused levers on my Logitech throttle fixture as toe brakes, so when I pull the two brake (throttle) levers towards me or down, it applies both toe brakes to assist the reverse thrust using the same direction. This would also help make sharp turns as well. Anyhow, when I add toe brakes to my unused throttle levers, It immediately disables the nose wheel steering from the yoke. Is there a work around so I can get my steering back on the yoke using toe brakes. Thanks Mike
  2. Finally cured my problem - I deleted the aircraft for the second time - but this time purged all the folders and then downloaded the aircraft again, open the her up in X-Plane and it turbine fired up exactly as it should have. In fact, I put close to 3 hours on the 900 today and just like everyone mentioned - the HotStart 900 is a piece of work. Stay Safe - Mike
  3. Hello I’m running X-Plane on a IMac 27 with Big Sur with no problems at all. regards- Mike
  4. I can't start my 900, I've watched dozens of videos and I'm following their instruction exactly. I Set all the switches to the proper positions for starting - engage the starter for a few seconds - prop starts turning slow - however the ITT gauge never moves off the peg. The NG only goes to 8% its almost like it has no fuel. I even deleted my program and reloaded. Tried three new airframes and they are all exactly the same problem. Any help to get this thing in the air would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Mike
