  1. Correct Country! Hint number two would be that the runway shown is not the main runway. And it is not the main apron that you can see!
  2. Thanks for the helpful replies. I had cut a nice taxiway and made holes in it with the hole tool but for some reason that one doesn't work. If I place another over the whole airport it does work. Any suggestions as I don't want to have to do it all again. Thanks!
  3. So I've started to try and build an airport on WED. Lets see if anyone can guess which one it is? A small hint, I should probably have started with something smaller! Andy
  4. Hi I'm having a go in WED and so far the main problem is that the orthophotos are bumpy to drive over. I have tried laying a taxiway underneath but it doesn't seem to have any effect. I know there must be something simple I'm missing to fix this! Thanks! Andy
  5. File Name: Egyptair A321 Peters Aircraft File Submitter: andydckent File Submitted: 12 Nov 2012 File Category: Heavy Metal X-Plane Version(s): X-Plane 9 & 10 Livery For: Click Here For Aircraft Here is my second attempt at making a new livery. I have chosen to do an Egyptair A321 for Peters excellent A321-IAE which can be purchased at: http://petersuv.vs120062.hl-users.com/ I don't have any connection with the airline or region but had a request for it after doing my Royal Jordanian paint for the same aircraft and thought the two would sit well together. To install unzip and place the folder in the A321-IAE liveries folder. You must then make a copy of the objects folder in one of the other liveries and place that in the Egyptair folder or it won't work! I hope you enjoy this file and look forward to seeing your screenshots and movies! Thanks! Andy Click here to download this file

  7. Is there going to be a Loganair / Flybe livery for this? If not I'll be making one!
  8. Clouds at 75% is very high. I run them between 30-40%. That might help?
  9. Amazing but where did you get that scenery?
  10. Thanks Phillipp, I am glad to hear that its not 'just' that I am a terrible CRJ-200 pilot that my engines keep cathing fire! Think I'll probably have to wait until my full version arrives before attempting a cold start, or guess I could have a go following the video on youtube for a speed run.... Andy
  11. Got it to happen again, seems to happen a few minutes into flight when switching between external views.
  12. Just managed to get a good circuit in there with out the fire, I did not switch to any external views. That maybe the issue?
  13. Starting with engines running
  14. Hi there, This is probably a dumb question but every time I fly my new CRJ the engines catch fire and stop. It seems to be to do with oil pressure first then engine fire and failure. Also I note that it seems to happen when I click to external view example shift-2. I make sure not to run engine over 100%. Any solution? Using xplane 10 demo. Thanks! Andy
