Turns out it likely is the extended character set used by my password. However, after changing it to exclude any likely problematic characters, I am still getting an error that either the details are wrong or I didn't purchase it. Ok the error disappeared after I did a relogin with the new password on the website.

Hi, I just bought the plane and now on the installer I am getting an error on the login. The details are correct I put in as I do it entirely using a password manager, so it is all copied and works on the x-aviation website without issues. The error message is "Error Fetching URL\n https://www.x-aviation.com/merchant/wrapper.php". Any ideas why that may happen? Does the installer maybe not support all the same password characters like the website does?
