Also ran into the issue starting engine 2. While trouble shooting, inadvertently shutdown engine 1 (moving the condition levers), and then was unable to start engine 1 too. However, ran the auto-start and it got to same stage as above. Also how to you map the flaps, to an axis? (as the flaps option doesn't work)
