  1. VPITCH, never getting vertical guidance. FAF is RINVE at or above 2200' FWIW, the approach in question is the RNAV 31 to Dallas Executive (KRBD). Advisory VNAV is enabled.
  2. I'll post it later this evening. My previous Challenger flight is where I encountered this so I'll just reload the 1000' save, do a go around and capture the above. Unless its a bug that manifests itself using a saved state, my guess is its pilot error on my part. Just need to figure out what step I'm forgetting.
  3. 1) I tried both the PLV and LNAV/VNAV DA's, rounding up to nearest 100'. Always just had VPITCH pop up. 2) As for LNV/VGP, no not away but would appreciate being pointed in the right direction to the procedure to do so. (Maybe when you get to your landing tutorials ;-) )
  4. For the life of me I cannot get "VPATH" to show to give me a glidepath descent on a RNAV approach. I'm on final, APPR is armed. I have my altitude dialed in before I get to the final TOD waypoint but all it will do no matter what I try is show VPITCH. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
  5. What is the required action for pilot flying when N1 TGT is displayed on the In Range checklist? totoritko's demo flight didn't go through the approach side checklists so I'm winging it to some extent.
  6. FWIW, once you get that working you're still going to have problems. Same issue that Vatsim has with the altitude temperature adjustment feature. Gonna need either P2ATC to change something or for Hot Start to add the ability to disable the feature for P2ATC as well as Vatsim. (unless you want to be told by ATC every 5 seconds to expedite your altitude change ) This plane is so far ahead of its peers, there are going to be compatibility issues until everyone else catches up to where the bar has been raised.
  7. After landing, I noticed an EFIS message of "EFIS MISCOMP" - Is that normal or did I make a mistake somewhere?
  8. FWIW, the same altitude discrepancy issue exists for users of Pilot2ATC, not just vatsim and pilotedge. Would be great to have a way to handle for those users as well as true online networks.
  9. What a wonderful aircraft the TBM-900 is! Despite the fact that I cartwheeled end over end multiple times on landing, its a blast to fly and I love the realism aspects of it. Definitely wish you had an option to start engines hot so I could load 10 miles out from a landing, but once I figured out where I could short-cut alot of the checklist stuff, I could load a new airframe then get powered up and in the air pretty quick. From there it was just a matter of activating my approach from the previous setting and then getting to altitude and heading for intercept. Finally stuck the landing on try #4. Hitting the ground isn't the problem, its staying in a straight line as soon as I do (have the same trouble on take off to be honest....) long enough to get reverse thrust applied and start slowing down.   10. I just bought the TBM today and on my first flight ran into the localizer issue into 34L @ UHPP. Assumed I was doing something wrong since the plane's new to me. Glad to know it's not me but a known issue and is being worked on for a fix.
