I’m done going back and forth with you man. At the end of the day I gave you the information you provided and more. If you saw no crashes in the logs, then that’s different than saying I didn’t provide the information you asked me to. I have no control over the data that’s published to the log text. You also seem to insinuate that I’m making this up. I have video evidence through streams and recording on my channels that’ll show you these crashes and that’s not even half of them. You are right, folks did come here and offer guidance which was far more than what you did by throwing up your hands and saying you see nothing in the log files. I removed sceneries, plugins, tried flying in different regions of the world, you name it. Nothing worked. At the end of the day, I am done with this product and I am done with purchasing anything from your company again in the future. As I stated previously, close the ticket and let’s all just move on. You can consider it closed I will likely not attempt to fly this product again and I know better moving forward on who to purchase product from. However just an FYI, on June 20th you asked me to provide log files. I provided 3 files, TBM, Xplane, and evening the Gizmo log as folks mentioned in the past that it has caused issues. I told you prior to posting these logs that the CTD’s were not being captured or written to the logs but you told me to provide them anyway. Please don’t publicly try to claim that I did not provide you the information you were looking for to help solve this issue, because I did what I was told. Review the thread.

They were removed completely. My apologies for using deactivate and uninstalled synonymously but point of the matter is, this aircraft never worked for me from day one regardless of everything I was asked to try to help alleviate the CTD’s. Never seen a product in all my years of flight simming that didn’t point to anything even remotely that would cause a CTD. I will enjoy MFS, thank you.

XP Realistic isn’t the issue. I’ve tried deactivating each of my plugins one by one including XP Realistic and still have crashes. Anyways I’ve since uninstalled XPlane. Off to MFS2020.

Thanks for the info. That’s part of the problem, the CTD’s are happening with no warning, publishing nothing to the logs about the crash, or showing up in the windows logs. I’ve flown pretty much the same routes or around the same areas since I’ve purchased the product last week, I’ve been able to complete some flights, but the majority end up as a CTD. Hard to believe that the crashes wouldn’t be more consistent if it was truly due to terrain radar and corrupted scenery files, if my installed scenery doesn’t differ from flight to flight. I’ll try doing some flights on the East Coast and see what happens.

Thanks but, doesn’t explain why I’m not having the issue with any other aircraft. Is there a dev reasoning behind how the KLGB plugin could be interfering with the TBM product specifically? Or is this speculation?

Just purchased this plane on Monday and have yet to even climb pass 2000ft in this thing before a CTD. Nothing in the logs as to why Xplane CTD's. I'm not running Vulkan, I've had a CTD at every phase on the ground right through takeoff.
