  4. strange about this drivers thing.... mmmmm I have the 285 ones and no problem seeing the PFD or any other display. Are you sure is not a problem of activation of the plane? next plane I will do it for xbox 360!! Less problems.. all with same hardware!!
  5. My reaction is due the second user that made the same. It was fun.. because we only need one user to tell us what is happening.. so for me was funny to see how other user wanted to see how the plane crashes.... You know.. this reminds me when I was making "Blade the edge of darkness" (or Blade of darkness, or Severance, depending where country you live).. there was a tester that tried to make the imposible to make the product crash.. and he made that everytime... but he had to make very strange things like "if you put the barbarian in this point 5 meters away of the wall with a certain angle.. and you jump 3 times and in the third time you press the shift key twice then you will crash the game" Well.. of course the CRJ has crashes... for sure when it depends over a simulator that we didn't programmed.. that is changing.. that is over 3 operating systems.... and of course any programming task produces always bugs... we try to fix every crash we find.. but from a queue of what are the most important first.. and we have some to fix first than others. Of course this is done by Philipp and if he find it easily he will fix that for sure.. but even pay attention to something even it is easy it can make other things not be fixed.... and what for a user is important maybe is not for another group of users.... Well.. Philipp will take a look sure.. but for now I believe you only have to pay attention while Philipp see the problem, not to fill the function keys with "invalid data". That way you will be appart from this problem.
  6. If you try in the real plane to press the keys with a hammer it also freezes... Come on guys! Why insert and invalid entry.
  7. For testing purposes maybe is good if you test over a clean installed demo.
  8. I introduced the mac for learning purposes but in this plane we didn't model the cg change. We would need to draw a passenger system were we could position each person to calculate the cg. But we needed the time to make that in other important stuff, so for now it is only in the tutorial as a learning tool.
  9. No that page don't have to, but the other yes it has to... Or it is desired to be there, because those pages don't exist in the real plane and they are internal menus. Pmdg did the same with their fms in the ngx.
  10. Please delete everything of old plugins, and to test the plane with same plan you had, remove all plugins possible in your resource/ plugins area. Also I see a frameworks. That has something to do with the old plane? Please stay clean of plugins until we find the culprit if your ctd. Others seem they fixed their CRS with this 1.4.2 version.
  11. That its the menu fms to control options of the plane so it must be on. Other pages are on?
  12. Install the plane. Open airfoil maker Click the option convert all airfoils to xp10 format. Wait. Now you will have the javelin ready for xp10.
  13. Well, I know reversers can be deployed in flight, but i would never do it. To assign reversers to a joy, better choose the option of toggle than axis. Axis always produce little peaks that can make mad any good programming. Let the auto reversers come when landing and with throttles when activated you will be able to input thrust then, when you want to switch them off, just press that toggle button so the throttles will recover their original function.

  15. Introduce a new departure airport. That will delete everything.
  16. It is not supported by goodway. They are the ones that have to. This airplane is complex enough to need an special work from them. But once you make the fight plan into the fms you can save it for future if you wish. Now with says and stars inclusion.
  17. in the via you have to input the airway.if you input in the right the point vote our whatever without introducing the via, it will show a direct via. all it is explained in the manuals
  18. The users are the ones that have to, if you feel something is wrong... In my case I don't feel unconfortable with the engines right now in xp10. They are different.. but I preffer to stabilize all and know how it works.. but for sure it don't make me not use it. As said.. I made several flights with the new engines and the only issue I found was the taxi one... Applied full power to takeoff and toke the normal as always to take off.. and the climb was satisficed also. In plane maker if you open the plane, you will find all the paramenters. Any user can modify them.... and try.. but right now I don't feel confident playing with it... because as said before I was satisphiced from what I saw. So you only have to play with different parameters.. and I think the only I would change is the "critical altitude" But as you can see in plane maker that one is cero.. because when I set several values.. that was a rocket for sure in the first stages.. so I left to cero. Maybe compresor area could be better (I toke from a drawing making area calculations...), but max allowable thrust is like the manuals.. so it cannot be lowered, and rpm is the same..... So no much to touch there. Maybe max forwards throttle number.. put lower.. but if you do.. you will find problems reaching the altitudes the plane do now.

  21. In my takeoffs I had to apply almost throttle to takeoff.... Anyway, note there is nothing I can do in planemaker, because I cannot reduce the thrust per engine, because is set as the real one, and if I do the plane wont be able to reach its altitudes... Austin is the one to rework worth this.
  22. it is overpowered in the ground.. for taxi.. but really not so much.. and I would even say it is the same when flying. I try several flights.. and yes.. the taxi is so sensitive now.. but the take of is normal as usual.. and the altitude catch the same..... so I feel confortable with it. But I will wait for an stable release to start testing deeply....
