  1. Yes, more or less the time I expected when announced the RC1. Hope this week is released.
  2. --no_fbos add would break the texture like it is seen on that picture. Almost the same, so the first thing I thougth was about that break texture that no_fbos produces.... If anyone put --no_fbos as parameter would have broken displays.... so better not do. I had to put once because I had problems with my drivers loading one plane, but AGAIN was problem of drivers. Nothing we can do about that problem and if you want fly the CRJ you have to fix that with drivers or buying a new graphic card. That is the reason we released this test. Imagine you bought the CRJ and you have that problem. Better know it sooner buying it, isn't it?
  3. Could be the no_fbos problem with that video card Philipp?
  4. That is a clear example of "the crj won't work". Please post your gpu name and cpu, but until you are not able to see it like it should,i wouldn't buy the plane. See if updating drivers it solution that, but maybe is not the solution.
  5. Please .. take in consideration that this is not an FPS tester... it is a "will I be able to see the OpenGL graphics displays on my computer?" tester. FPS will be less than you have for sure. For example.. on my computer an imac Intel i3 3.20 dual core 4gb ram windows 7 bootcamp, it is: Tester: 60-70 fps CRJ200: 30fps. So.. if someone is having 30 already with the tester ON MY SALAMANCA SCENERY!! (IS IMPORTANT YOU HAVE THE SAME SCENERY AS ME) WITH THE RENDERING OPTIONS I show on the tutorial.pdf... then you are not going to run the plane very well. This is only a tester to verify you are going to run the plane. NOT HOW GOOD YOU ARE GOING TO RUN IT!! but you are going to run it.. even al 5 frames per second (if your computer is too old).
  6. If I don't remember bad.. it is said on the manual (or the tutorial) that the MFD 4 lines are added up. Only on LEGS shows point to point.
  7. Don't think you can compare the two: completely different internal systems. But isn't it mostly the obj's that affect the frames? If you load the plane without any plugin you will have the same frames as my seamax or Mentor. Even with more objects inside. So 50-60 frames. The plugin is what is taking the frames, so that is why Philipp made the multicore function. More cores, more fps.
  8. when you have the plane you will understand it.. You won't have to enter the holding by hand. Always a direct entry.. BUT the holding won't be the same direction as the papers, only if you are flying that point the same direction of holding.... If you want the same directions then yes.. you have to enter by hand (which i consider not a big deal becuase if you are flying a plane like this is because before flying automatically you can do it manually). You will understand it when you have the plane.... But if you again ask me if we will have orientation of holdings on future, then I will unswer, that I would like to, and if Philipp has time, then I am sure he will do it. But the reason we are where we are is because I always followed this little phrase: "step by step". If I could imagine how big and complex this project has became, I would never start it alone, like I did.
  9. ahhh holdings!! I asked so many times until I have them on the FMS. Well if you read the documents... (man I have been writting those damm documents for weeks to explain everything), you will see that you can make holdings right now on the place the plane is flying at, and choose a point of the route to make the holding at. You cannot choose direction, and time of legs, but you can choose left or right. On STARs it says where you can make the holdings (on paper maps) but not on fms loaded. Only IAF, where is usually where you can make the holdings. So you can program a holding there if you want. On future I would like to make more than 1minute legs and choose the angle of entry in holds. For now there are only direct entries programmed.
  10. Well the real CRJ doesn't have any wheel to pitch trim. It has two buttons (up and down) for that in the yoke, and you have to press to input pitch trim commands. I know that lots of people (even me) have assigned that input to axis. It is more confortable. But in my joystick it gives little electric inputs on axis pitch trim, that and make the autopilot "jump" off, not only on this CRJ but also on others. So if you don't have the same problem you don't have to worry at all. But still is more realistic to asign two buttons to pitch trim.
  11. Laptops are never good candidates to fly this CRJ and other future addoms. Of course you can downgrade textures, screen resolution, etc... but I always thought that fly simulators must be done on a desktop computer (but it is only my opinion). I think laptops are for what they are... carry your computer with you... but I never would model 3D on a laptop... or fly-drive-fight simulators on them. Maybe a power laptop can have nice frames on this CRJ.. but still the screen will be soooo small.... I have a windows vista 32 bits laptop. 4 gb ram, Nvidia don't remember the video card (something for this kind of computers)... I tested the CRJ there. Fully it always is <19 frames. If I deactivate pixel shaders and reflections and other little things.. Leave textures one point below original size, I had 25 frames on LOWI..... your choice. Javier
  12. lots of custom datarefs drives the CRJ, but those datarefs changes default datarefs.. so if you modify with a hardware a default dataref should change.. but if the Custom dataref is driving in one direction the default one, then you cannot. But usually Hardware can be programmed changing datarefs....
  13. the last information I had was that the windows version were working ok, but mac had a little bug.... Well the first that wants the bird out its me!! but lets do things correctly done.
  14. Nothing with the CRJ200 plane.. Just added little things inside while waiting the Installer to be finished. It is Installer stuff.. Don't know how many time will take (hope no more than this week) but it is a complex plane to install.. so that is the reason of the waiting (not delaying). It is normal.
  15. Yes that is something you loose when you translate or correct. I know there are words that are not well said, or sentences not well constructed, but if Cameron can correct my english without loosing my bad jokes, then perfect!! hahaha The other say on TV I heared that there is a new language comming out. It is the english spoken from non-english people. At the end we are more number than the ones that speaks the good english!! so... which one is correct??? hahahhaa.. joking! (but about that language is true!)
  16. Yes yes!! hahaha my english is always corrected by Cameron but this time I wanted Cameron to finish first the webpage and installer to let you have the CRJ 2 weeks before than if he would token a look over the manuals first. But that is something needed to be done and will do to let all people have those good english wroten manuals. But first is the plane. Anyway.. hope you can understand it, and make you a clear idea which systems are simulated and not.
  17. The ADG system are not simulated.. so if you deploy nothing will be done.. so that is because are red... BUT you can manually put out the ADG so it is there.. Only maybe 3D animation.. but it is there.. so the ADG Manual control is in black. So working. On future we can make the ADG systems in black also.
  18. The pilot handbook will be inside of the CRJ200 plane. but you can see little of it, in tutorial.
  19. mmmm... did you have the ATR-500 for fs9? the flight1? More or less the same I guess..
  20. yes.. you click over the seat.. and appears.. disappears... you have to let your pal go to the toilet isn't it?
  21. 200 the plane I believe.. it depends on mac, linux or windows version.... has lots of libraries. but without liveries...

Really really nice! If i would have more time I would buy it! But I CANNOT FLY!!! TO MUCH TIME ON HANGAR TESTING MY PLANES!! HAHA
  23. well.. as said before I don't want to remember.. or say anything about the .org pass.. I only say it is sad for me that I cannot defend my creation, on others forums. I hope someone understand that and let me be on that forum again one day. I don't like wars... so enough of that. About what people likes or not likes. There are lots of poeple that likes 2D and not 3D. Ok.. no problem. I am not going to make a plane for everyone because I said before: "if you try to make happy to everyone you will be unhappy" you will miss it, so, sorry.. I make "my vision" of the plane. Do you know the real CRJ has not reflections on the real cockpit? yes.. I know that!! but I made some on them (not big one but yes) because it gives me better sensation.. It is like when people ask me... "Can you make clean glasses please?" I like to make some bugs impacts on the glasses... it is my vision.. and of course I can understand that there will be people that don't like it and won't buy it.. and they will see "ohhh this systems are not like I would like to see it is a shit of plane" I will hear that!! I know that!! But also I will hear "This plane is a dream!!! thankyou very much!!" and both oppinions are important to me. Sooooo... The CRJ is finished (1.0.0 version.. more will come I believe) and what I hope.. is people fly on Ivao or Vatsim (the plane was thinked to do that way.. not alone!!) and enjoy it! And with the free vasFMC inside the plane others can make planes similar that this!! So great for all they like (I hope!!)
