Hi, After enjoying the Marquise plane in xp-11 for awhile, I got a new Mac Mini M4 and installed X.plane 12. I downloaded the new version of the plane and when opening I get a warning (see attached) and the plane is connected to external GPU, without option to remove it, since I cannot see this plane plugin. Actually, I get the option to refresh the license, which has already been activated. Moreover, I do not see this plane in the list of product activation (attached). I would appreciate your assistance. Well, after 99 reads of my original post, and absolute lack of support from other users, Hot Start, and X-aviation, I have decided to stop further purchases from this site. I guess, asking for a refund will be a waste of time. In order to avoid frustration and anger to future customers, please consider seriously -especially if you are Mac owners- purchasing this plane if you do not want to loose 60 euros. At least I did not take the risk of getting, as I was thinking of, the Challenger. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Good bye!

It is difficult to understand that after purchasing in the past few years 5 planes, 2 weather applications, and 2 sceneries from X-aviation, I do not get any help or replay, either from this vendor or from Hot Start. Based on my attempts to load the TBM 900, it seems to be an issue with two of the plugins. Actually, after removing the X-ATC, the plane loaded but was graphically affected and almost unflyable. I would consider updating my Mas Os from Mojave to Monterey if I was sure that it would solve the problem. It would help potential buyers to get more detailed information on the specific OS version required by a plane before paying for it and being unable to fly it. Looking forward to receiving any help or feedback. Juan

Hello, I just purchased TBM 900 and I cannot open the plane since it crashes all the time. I have read that other customers had similar problems, with different solutions. I attach the log file, where at the bottom says: 2024-06-30 09:51:48 xtcas[xplane.c:678]: This is X-TCAS version b4a4bb2 (confopts: VSI:0 STYLE:1 GTS820:1) --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: X-TCAS/mac_x64/X-TCAS.xpl}==-- I have many payware planes, includin several x-aviation ones and I never had this problem. Finally, I found my 1.5 backup copy and manually installed in XP 11.41. So, now I can enjoy the slightly bugged 1.5 version in my XP 11.41 and the latest corrected 1.6.1 version in XP1.5. Regarding the importance of scenery, that is a very personal decision and I understand different tastes and approaches. Thanks for the assistance and comments, Best, Juan

Thanks. That is exactly what I did. The issue is that several scenarios (like Orbx) or Traffic Global, for example, do not work properly in XP 11.50. Therefore, I would like to keep using the Saab 340 in XP 11.41. Actually, I have not seen any warning thta the 1.6 version will not work in that version.

What I want to know is if I can keep using the Saab 340 in my X-plane 11.41 after installing the new version (1.6 and 1.6.1) I attach an image of the screen where I get the message saying that I cannot do it. I was not aware thta the new versions only worked in XP 11.50.

Hi, I have updated my Saab 340 to version 1.6 and shortly thereafter to 1.6.1 and I have realized that I cannot use it in my Xp 11.40 version, only in 11.50. How may I install the 1.5 version in XP 11.40? Thanks, Juan

First, I did what you indicated in your previous suggestion and it did not work, as I mentioned in a previous post, (see attached) without answer from you. Second, I do not know whether I am being impatient. What is is a fact is that I bought a product that is not working. What is necessary is that it works.

I have found a previously saved metar file. I opened it in XP weather setting and saw the clouds. However, with Maxx plugin I see always the same sky as shown in the pictures. No way to be able to see any damned cloud with this plugin!

I wonder if I would see any different sky when using a metar file in the xp weather selector, but I do not have any.

Now, with manual stormy conditions, this is what I see with Maxx plugin. Neither with manual settings or automatic real weather I am able to see any cloud

I have changed the visual effects setting HDR, but nothing happened. I have disabled the Goodway Planner plugin and the same lack of visible clouds. Based on the bad experience so far with Maxx pro, I do not want to take the risk of buying the RWC and end up spending almost 60 dollars for nothing. I am surprised that I am the only Mac user suffering this problem without apparent solution. By the way, based on other member of the forum question on "disappearing clouds", I have checked my resources/plugings/silverlining and the folder "saved settings" is empty- I do not know if that is of any help. Hi, I keep seeing dramatic differences in the screen using XP-plane weather or using the Maxx plugin. Attached are two pictures taken at the same time, with and without the Maxx plugin, and just after refreshing the weather conditions in x-plane. That is what I meant by very few clouds when using Maxx. Thanks Juan

Hi, I just purchased the program a couple of days ago to be used in a recent iMac 27, with Mojave 10.14.5 and I am afraid it is not the best system to run the program. Although I can enable the Maxx plugin, it does not seem to recreate the real clouds according to the weather from X plane 11. In fact, when I disable the Maxx plugin I see more and different clouds (and uglier) in the deault XP weather. It is not that I do not see any cloud, but they are very fewer and smaller than what I should see based on the actual weather conditions. I have read about the potential incompatibility with "metal"( instead of OpenL) l, but I do not know how does apply to my case. I wrote a message to technical support in the X Aviation website, but I have not received any answer. In summary, I have a couple of questions: is it possible to run the program properly in my Mac?
