  1. No, sadly I don't. Sorry! These pictures were taken directly from airliners.net with the picture size "large". This image size is the largest and highest resolution available for free. I can try to enlarge and enhance them a little bit, but no promises they will look anywhere near as good.
  2. here is another one! original: http://www.airliners.net/photo/Bombardier-BD-700-1A10-Global/1950843/&sid=9066eab0371a281a09e52e048d70531c
  3. Hi, I can only answer your first question with absolute certainty. The rest will have to be dealt by with Cameron and Javier. To always start on a "cold and dark" situation, click on settings, Operations & Warnings, and uncheck "start each flight with engines running". I hope this helps! Cheers mate!
  4. Thanks Perry
  5. Edited this pic from Airliners.net a little bit. Comments are greatly appreciated original picture: http://www.airliners.net/photo/Cessna-A185F-Skywagon/1035451/M/
  6. Below are the link to 4 great tutorials that helped me tremendously in getting to learn to fly online. I hope this will help some newcomers in flying online. And remember, you learn from making mistakes; you will make mistakes when you first start out, but don't be scared to ask the ATC's for help. Almost all of them are very friendly and outgoing . Welcome to X-Plane!
  7. The future will be in X-Plane 10 simply because MS Flight wont be a flight simulator, but a game instead.
  8. Funny, I was just checking the Aerosoft website today about possible X-Plane projects. Looks like a great start!
  9. Looks awesome! Is the last picture an X-Aviation WIP?
  10. Well, it's been several month since this discussion stopped, and a lot can happen in a few months. So at the risked of my karma going down, is there any news whatsoever about a Mac version? Not nagging, just wondering Cheers
  11. Due to curiosity and preparation of my first A380 flight to Germany, I came accross this very fascinating video of a model of the Lufthansa A380, modeled completely from inside to outside. Here is the link to the video: And for those of you than understand german a little bit, the video about the making of the video is even more interesting. 33,000 hours to render on their computer, 4 years on the average computer. Don't want to know what performance I would get with this model in X-Plane, although it would be a nice plane to have. link to video: http://a380.lufthansa.com/FASCINATION/#/DE/DE/galerie/p1/video/video11 Let me know what you think :)
  12. I agree with Cameron, buy Bose headsets. They are the best!
  13. Yes, absolutely fantastic job in optimizing. I usually have to lower my settings really far to get good frames. With this plane, I get better FPS on the highest settings
  14. What a plane, what a plane!
  15. While it it may have been "designed" for the PS3, it certainly works for my Xbox, Laptop, and iPod. The sounds are amazing, and give a new feel to the game. About the seperation between chat and game sounds....well that doesn't work for X-Plane, sorry
  16. I believe the stars increase the more you post. One star when you start out, two stars when you have 50 posts, and so on. About the "person" who received the 5 pink stars... he complained about having too little stars, and so someone was nice enough to give him 5, despite him only have 300 something posts.
  17. Thanks for everyone's help, the file has been uploaded right here: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=13895 Please leave a comment!
  18. Awesome, thanks! What did you search to get these results? Thanks mate
  19. just one more shot
  20. Hey, I was sure whether to post this in the help or screenshot section... Anyways, yesterday I started working on repaints again, since final exams are over now. Recommended by a good friend, I started making this livery : http://www.airliners.net/photo/China-Southern-Airlines/Airbus-A330-243/1614089/&sid=e1439104a71c734582de58e7231f8a83. After a few hours of working and photoshop crashing while I was trying to save, I finally came this far: (see screenshot below). I believe I am almost done, with the exception of a few touch-ups and dirt. But I can't figure out what it says under the two logos near the nose of the aircraft (see other image below). I have looked at tons of images, I havent gotten any closer to what I already know: nothing. Absolutely any help would be appreciated, since I don't wont to publish an unfinished paint. Also, all other critique is great welcome .
  21. brb, gotta clean the drool of my keyboard
  22. You're going to have to be a LOT more specific if you want serious help...
  23. I just realized this is the same guy/group that created the infamous X-plane T-Rex. Am i the only one not surprised....?
  24. Yes, you read the title correctly. One of the .org great new products, truly revolutioniuzing X-Plane and attracting a whole new set of people to flight simulation. http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/x-planestore/Detail?no=283 I don't think much more needs to be said; most of us share an opinion . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAVZ64vWt1s#at=21
  25. You said the sounds of the wind are modeled for the specific aircraft. Would you mind explaining that.Wouldn't the sound of wind be the same for all aircrafts. Also, this is only audio, right? No change in x-Plane's weather model
