Flown PC Simulators since Microsoft Flight Simulator 1.0, with great interest, and has grown into a major hobby of mine.  i have found that simulation flying helped me to understand real-world flight operations and what it really takes to get behind the yoke of a real aircraft.  For the most part, I do it for fun, but often challenge myself to learn more about it, just in case it becomes handy some day.
