Are there data Ref's that can be assigned to joystick switches for the parking brake and condition levers?

When I first flew the IXEG 737 the rudder pedals controlled the tiller. Now this has changed and I have had to assign a joystick axis to the tiller, and the rudder pedals only have enough effect on the tiller to keep directional control on takeoff and landing. where would I find the setting to adjust the affect of the rudder pedals, or to set the tiller to follow the pedals.
