  1. As far as I know, the VNAV descent defaults to 3.0 degrees, so it makes no difference what the winds are. I would imagine the downloaded winds are used for fuel planning purposes only. If you had a steady 80Kt tailwind on descent then it would make sense that speedbrakes would be required as the wind would be 'pushing' you off the computed 3.0 degree descent angle. I'm no real life pilot but I would hazard a guess that this is correct.
  2. Well, my apologies. Just tried it again and it worked fine. Don't understand why it didn't work the first time I tried. Never mind....
  3. Hi all! First of all, well done Toto and the team for such an amazing aircraft/addon. Purchased on day 4, 'fly' her most days and still learning new things. Baffled by the complexities of the Pro-Line Avionics though ;)... Now for my question.. Is the Retard function of the ATS system modelled because I cannot get it to work for me. Described here https://www.smartcockpit.com/docs/CL605-AUTOMATIC_FLIGHT_CONTROL_SYSTEM.pdf (Page 69) and shown in action here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-5W3DXWLx4&t=131s Thanks' again for this masterpiece!!
