  1. Thank you. Let's hope someone from the X-Aviation team will give an official word on how this is handled
  2. Feel free to move this topic to a different forum if it's in the wrong place… I purchased the IXEG and ran it on my iMac back in April 2016. Activation #1. I then reinstalled it on my new Windows machine back in July/August 2016. Activation #2. On my account page, it says I have 1 download remaining. I've been dealing with some hardware technical difficulties with my Windows computer. I just re-seated my RAM and reinstated my overclock. The IXEG on loading wants me to activate it. This will be activation #3. Depending on how the hardware testing goes, I might have to send the computer in for certain components to be replaced. If that is the case, I will have to re-activate again. I wanted to check in to see what the official activation policy was, because I sure as heck don't want to run out of activations and be expected to pay another $75. Thank you in advance.
  3. It's probably the same as this thread. I keep checking back on this too see the latest... http://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/9182-stutterperformance-hit/?page=1
  4. A brief follow-up, I just tried the same route again. However, I did the PERF INIT first. It took the 10,000 foot altitude fine. Then I put in the location, destination, and the routing. It was the moment where I went to execute the route where I got another soft crash. However, as you can see by the screenshot it did not allow me to export.
  5. Hello, I hope the attached files and description helps find the issue I had. I'm using the Navigraph 1605 ARIAC with the v1.0.3 733. Ran a C&D start, then started entering in the usual steps with the CDU. Entered the following airports: KPSP to KONT, then routes page entered MORON V137 ARRAN V8 PDZ, then approach page ILS 26L and PDZ transition. No DISCOs. Went on to PERF INIT, plugged in 88.2 ZFW, 1 for the reserves, then when I entered the altitude of 10,000 it soft crashed. I repeated this three times in a row before picking a different route. Twice on C&D start, and the third was in turn-around mode. For future reference, are these screenshot of any use when the debug file is successfully created? IXEG_debug_01.txt
  6. When IXEG decides to employ a wing flex model, I'd highly recommend they buy a FlyJSim 732 and take note on how they did theirs. From what I understand, Jack used the X-Plane wing flex capabilities to create it. It came out really nice. I respect IXEG's decision to leave it off for now - no need for them to fudge it and end up with a silly flappy bird flopping around the skies.
  7. On a Mac here, I'm glad I found this discussion. I experience the same stutters at the same intervals, and only with the IXEG. If I load any other aircraft, everything is smooth. With the IXEG, I get a 15 fps drop (on average) every few seconds. Fingers crossed for the fix!
