Hey Cameron: Thanks for your resetting my licenses and the DC3 Just so I don't have to keep bugging you. I am waiting to install all these when xplane 11 is final. Is there a way to backup or save everything from x-aviation so that I don't have to keep redownloading and having issues with "license slot". When I had xplane 10 installed (which has been totally removed) a month or so ago..I still had downloads but they would keep coming up with the "license slot"... I assume that the new xpuipc or whatever the program is called that keeps track of the plugins will be up to snuff. Anyway you get the point. Have a great day!! Bob M.

New to this aircraft. I am a lazy flyer and my question is...is there a way to set up aircraft (ini or wherever) to have a full tank of gas and the plane started up. It start but then says something about imminent failure..i assume either no fuel or something mechanical with the plane. I know its a beautiful aircraft but I just want to jump in and go like a "bat out of h.. Thanks for any input or output, Bob Morehead

Try to explain this as best as possible. 1- I have two computers. I have a legitimate copy of xplane on each computer. The master computer has a Triple to go ( 3 monitors)... The second (slave computer) has 3 monitors connected to 2 video cards. I want to use a second copy of xplane on Master computer for 3rd monitor view (outside or whatever) I have complete copies of identical xplane on partitioned ssd. I have not unless I need to change to symbolic link to get it to run (instances I guess) not good at this but will try. On the second computer..I have the exact same setup with a second bought copy of x-plane and a copy on a partitioned ssd. Same as before..do I need to redo and use some type of symbolic link? Now I want to be able to have whatever view I want on these monitors but be able to talk to the master computer so when I fly everything is in sync. Could someone walk me thru this piece by piece and how to setup the udp and ports and 127.xxx blah blah blah. Maybe this will help me as well as others who are as lost as I am. As usual when I launch 2nd copy I get the "running another copy error msg" I do have the machines on a network switch and everything on both machines see each other. 2 different ip's. Thanks a bunch....tell me where to send the check when I get this running..lol Anyway to save these settings in case my whole system comes crashing down. I am using windows 10x64. Bob Morehead

Hey.... I seem to be the lucky one with the issues... Had problems before but it still lingers. I bought a second copy of x-plane to network. It is not connected to the network. I have tried to install Skymaxx Pro and the DC-3.. I dl and follow the instructions. It comes up to activate and this is what I am getting. I am eating up my downloads lol. Anyway..I did copy some files over from the original xplane to the new copy..mostly scenery and plugins. I can't remember if Silverlinings was copied over. Silverlinings something to do with Skymaxx Pro? I have both Skymax Pro and DC-3 on the original which I believe are activated and ok but can't get them to activate on second machine. Cameron....thank u..I paid and downloaded xplane yesterday for second machine. My sky Maxx pro ord er number is 31026..no downloads left. I will have to log off and come back and post my order number for dc3. I believe my sky Maxx pro and d 3 is ok on main machine but I couldn't get any knows to turn...etc... well anyway when I download dc3 I will be out of downloads....Thank u..... I am totally new at the download and activation procedures for x-aviation products. I have downloaded Skymaxx Pro and the Dc-3. My situation is this. I am trying to run x-plane on two computers. I have copied xplane to both machines. On computer (1) I assume if set up right is master.. I believe in Gizmo..windows...X-A Activation..it lists both Skymax Pro with expiry 155days and the DC-3 with 178 days. Part of the problem has been the activation screen kept popping up on both machine..so I would fill in..etc and it would come up with no slot or license or something like that which has taken out my downloads from X-Aviation. Now on Machine 2.. I decided to uninstall both because what I had done previously was slmply copy from the master machine the x-plane folder after adding plugins..etc to have an exact copy on both machines..not realizing that the machine id of the master was being copied to the slave. So I uninstalled both and reinstalled both on machine 2. The DC-3 activated ok but not Skymaxx Pro because I have no downloads left. So I am in a pickle.. So I guess what I am asking in a long round about way..should all programs be installed separately on each machine..etc and I guess individual copies of xplane made for each machine... I am new to all this. Still trying to figure out how to network both but that's another question..another day. BTW the Dc-3 is awesome. Thanks, Bob Morehead

Sent an email to skymaxx but thought in meantime...maybe someone has run into this before on another application. I ran the installer updater. Obviously something I am missing here. Totally new to xplane in last couple days... Thanks BTW I am using WinRAR for unzipping files. I have the latest xplane on windows 10pro x64 and everytime I try and install I get this error msg: There has been an error...error while unzipping file D:/X Plane 10/Gizmo64.zip: destination folder D:/X Plane 10/Resources/plugins does not exist or is not writeable The application will exit now.
