I was wondering if anyone else that is using Foreflight with the latest beta is having a problem with it disconnecting from xplane 10? It does not seem to keep the connection long. John

If we have your other cloud files installed, will we need to delete those first before installing this? John

okay - thanks. There must be another way then (maybe not using plane maker) where people create liveries of their planes they want to use in their scenery. John

Here is my problem, I am trying to convert my CRJ2 (from xaviation) with a specific livery to an object so I can populate my personal scenery with. I opened planemaker (v. 10), selected the CRJ2, selected my livery I want, and then went to special and selected "Generate OBJ from Aircraft". I then put that file into an objects file for my specific airport. I then opened Overlay Editor to select the plane, the name is there of the file, but no picture shows up. Can someone tell me what I am missing? Hoping someone can help. John

Looks like you are pretty close to going to market! I hope I am right with my assumption after viewing all the pics on your site. John

Julio: That is exactly what I experienced on my mac and the time of the day when it happened. John

That is interesting because I can see the runway now on 3 of my monitors in the cockpit - I can see right through them. I already converted back to 10.05 - I will wait to see if anyone else has the problem. I just want to confirm that you use a mac? John

Can someone confirm (who uses a mac) that the xaviation CRJ2 that this plane no longer works in beta 3? It worked great in beta 2 with just a few small problems which is not the case now in beta 3. John

I understand there are a few little bugs with the latest xplane 10.10b2 but will the CRJ2 still fly? I am presently using 10.05 and the CRJ2 works great. I am considering trying out the beta but don't want to if the CRJ2 will not fly. John

When you mentioned make a copy of the xplane installation folder - is that the entire xplane folder (including scenery)? John

When you select export scenery pack - where does this file end up? I am not able to locate it to move it? John

Recently, I have tried to use WED 1.2. In the past, I have only used Overlay Editor. I tried to include more objects in my airport. However, when I save the file and export the apt.dat - I am still not able to see any of my new objects in x-plane 10. I can see everything in WED just not in xplane10, I must be missing something. Any help would be appreciated. John

What program are you guys using to make these objects? And does it work on a Mac? John
