Hi Cameron!
I'm sorry to say that SMP and RWC do not work at all (although I thought is does), I'm so diappointed. I have recorded a screen video (see attachment) that shows you the problem: I enter my email and password, both product seem to activated, and few seconds later the popups comes up agin. It is a mess, believe me! Any idea? Is it possible to check if my auth request arrived at you server? I want to see clouds!!!! Thanks for any kind of help.

You have some serious permission issues going on with your computer. I highly recommend you take a look at this in full soon.
That said, I believe what's happening here is inside of your main X-Plane folder there should be a folder called X-Aviation. It is likely that the installer was not able to create this folder for you with your permission issues, or, if it was, the folder is not writable and the license is unable to save to disk. Please either create or adjust this folders permissions.

Just if you need this for other support tickets: On macOS the user can set up globally which permissions the Mac chooses when creating folders or files. In a networked environment it makes sense to set more restrictive permissions. Actually before starting SMP or RWC it makes sense to set the permissions to 775.
I will write a post to clarify that you succeeded to help!
