  1. Thank you, Goran. I think I figured that out but your response was instant, thank you very much. There is another thing though related to the CLs. IF I assign axes to CLs before start, the process stops at 8. Monitor Left engine start and stays there, nothing happens. When I reload the plane, reset the Gizmo and run the Auto - Start process, all is well UNTIL I want to assign axis to CLs, then I got the assignment but main displays ( go off and there are many warning light appearing). My solution for now will be NOT TO use CLs assignment so I can fly until it gets fixed. I already know from previous replies that there is a bug. Thank you again for a great airplane. I am sure that when few minor bugs are ironed out, we will all enjoy Saab to the max. That Virtual Checklist with zooming is a revolution!! :-) Cheers, AJ
  2. Cameron/Jim. Quick question, when I use autostart , manual say not to touch any switches and buttons. Does it include the Vuick views I have assigned to a numeric pad on the keyboard? Thank you, cheers, AJ
  3. Cameron, It was at KMTJ RWY 35 BUT, second time, I switched the runway to 17 and I was able to take off. Maybe it was just me missing a step. I will do more tests and report here. Cheers, AJ
  4. I love the plane !!!!!!!!!! But I am unable to take off at 6000 MSL. What I am doing wrong? I did autostart then followed the quick start list and should be ready to go. CL to max. Plane accelerates to about 90 KIAS, lifts off and it feels like it did not have enough power to continue the flight and finally crashes. I have to be doing something wrong. Love the plane. Checklist with zooming into the area of interest is revolutionary! Please help. Cheers, AJ
  5. I assume that we can also assign the keys to the functions the same way as for autopilot, correct? Cheers, AJ
  6. Thank you, Tom. I just wondered what is the trend there. I think that we should just be careful and when we run out for any reason, just honestly explain and ask for a new one. Cheers, AJ
  7. I was just wondering... if I use up all 3 or 4 downloads ( I used one at work to see if I can get the plane install there, have one more left) allowable, can I ask for another one? I do not mean to abuse the software but things happen. Cheers, AJ
  8. Jim, I have to apologize, that was a stupid question. Of course, I do have the pdf files at home computer, I was wondering if I could just download them at work without X-Plane at the moment I asked. That was really dumb of me, sorry for taking your time, I will be more careful in the future. Fantastic airplane BTW, thank you. Cheers, AJ
  9. I purchased 340A and installed it successfully. Is there any way to download manuals without reinstalling on different computer? Cheers, AJ
  10. Gentlemen, Thank you very much for explanation. After reading your replies and rethinking the subject ..... I decided to go with CRJ2 FMS. THIS IS the way to really get as close to real life as you can. Thank you for putting me back on a right track. Cheers, AJ
  11. Gentlemen, I know my question will sound retarded but ....is it possible to somehow disable FMS still having PFD operative? Here is the explanation why. I admire the art of programming that went into FMS and it is one of very few systems actually working in X-Plane aircraft. On the other hand I am quite proficient in using Reality XP GNS530 which is a great tool as well. When I program my route in GNS530 ( of course after POS INIT in FMS) and activate RNAV on autopilot , something weird happens. Autopilot keeps flying the plane on planned route BUT, the plane is making constant banking to the left and to the right like it was trying to compensate for deviations in the track. Of course when I use native FMS, all is fine as well as when I use just HD or VOR NAV mode. The described behavior happens ONLY when I use RNAV for the route planned with GNs530. Any ideas? Cheers, AJ
  12. Are you on autopilot? If yes, that will happen. Cheers, AJ
  13. Yes, I have tried, it is totally doable but without skills like in my case, it takes for ever. I just wish I was getting my paycheck without going to work ..lol,lol Cheers, AJ
  14. Gentlemen, Decided that I do not want to spend more time on it or resetting all plugins, re installing X-Plane and so on ...lol,lol Following Cessna729 advice, edited sound files and decreased the ding sound volume to the level I can live with. Thank you for all your help. Cheers, AJ
  15. Hi Jimbo, I will try the startup by the list but not always I want to spend 15 minutes on that . :-) I will post here when I investigate more.
  16. Hi Cessna729, nope, that ding is a "normal" one. Later I have dings with master batt switch off. :-(
  17. Hi Cessn729. Thank you for the hints. I have tried Aircraft/Open Aircraft... no luck. Tonight I will just try to lover the volume if the ding by editing the associated sound file. Since it is related to low oil pressure ( every time the ding visits me, the annunciation panel shows red light with that message for few seconds) , it probably should be BUT, I should hear NOTHING when my battery master switch is off, right? Nope, my friend "Ding" can bypass that to..lol,lol Cheers, AJ
  18. Yes, and then I press it to hear more dings.
  19. OK, another hint, when that crazy ding sounds starts I ALSO get the "LOW OIL" red warning button lit for few seconds and then is not lit anymore until the next ding. So, the ding is associated with low oil pressure, now what can I do? Any ideas, please? Or it will ding until I start engines because the oil pressure is low? That would make sense. Any way to disactivate it? Cheers, AJ
  20. Thanks Kris, I understand now, I guess. I will try tomorrow. Cheers, AJ
  21. Something new I have never said. As soon as both engines are running and generators are on, the ding STOPS!!! I am going to get sick..lol,lol Cheers, AJ
  22. Slider for warning systems in Sound menu all the way to zero. Went to Airplane maker, set all Warnings off in Systems window... that damn ding is still there. It might be the X-Plane issue BUT it happens only with JS32... ?? Cheers, AJ
  23. I definitely would like to hear the plane sounds. Thank you for the suggestion of editing the sound file but I am not good enough to try without risk of messing things up. Does LR know about it? If they do, they will not respond anyway..lol,lol I just wished it was a way. Cheers, AJ
  24. Thank you guys, I understand but can you think of ANY way around it so I can make a video WITHOUT that ding sound? Thank you, cheers, AJ
