libcurl.dll not able to copy file over in Install?

Hey all! Trying to install skymaxx, 3.1.2, and I get the following error and it just keeps retrying. How do I fix this?

Looks like you have some sort of file system problem going on there; might want to run some diagnostics on your hard drive. I'll let the folks more familiar with the installer chime in, though.
