Requesting Download Link Reactivation - Ticket #TDOC3

Hello. I contacted X-Aviation Support via e-mail on April 6, and I received an automated message that Ticket # TDOC3 was created the same day; however, I have not yet received a response/resolution. I originally purchased the Saab 340A in March of 2014, but I have been absent from simulation for some time. I recently acquired a new machine and have reinstalled X-Plane and am interested in reclaiming my purchase (the download link has long since expired). This relates to Order # 14700. Could I please have my download link reactivated? If this is not the appropriate method of submitting this request, please let me know so that I may resubmit accordingly. I did notice on the X-Aviation website that sending more than one e-mail for a single ticket/request is discouraged, so I thought I would use the forum to check on the status of the request.
