Minor Control issues

I cannot open any doors manually i.e.by clicking on them, nor remove covers (Gizmo works fine). Main problem is I have to click Altitude, Coarse 1, Heading, Coarse 2 knobs which takes forever. Hold and swipe works OK for other items like setting Air Conditioning. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a case of not reading the manual.

You can use scroll wheel on the knobs you've listed as well.

Thanks for replying. My mouse doesn't have a scroll wheel! Actually, I did read all the manuals, but I cannot find any reference to using scroll wheels; however, by accident I opened the users preference settings and there are 2 checkboxes for Scroll Wheel. My manual does not show these boxes in the screen shot of the list.
