Looking at that wireframe shot, I suggest you push some nodes and smooth the flow of the line out a fair bit. Otherwise looking great.

I have actually smoothed those out and I have the landing gear on aswell but I'm stuck on the prop.

The prop can be very tricky, I'd suggest looking at other similar planes for examples.

Have you tried JavaProp?

It can be very helpful, if you know what you're doing or looking for.

There is also Propeller Design Package. I don't know, how much accurate it is in it's calculations, with regards to constantly changing X-Plane environment, but the bundled resources are still valid and pretty good.
