Hi

I reopened a support ticket #HBSMJ as the issue was the same, and received an acknowledgement email on 16th January, but as yet have had no response.

I'm wondering if I should have created another support ticket or if something has gone wrong.

I wasn't sure how long to wait as I know support requests patience, and I don't mind that.

Thanks Cameron....sorry, yes I did reply to the previous support ticket and when I received the email reply it said the ticket was reopened, I assumed that it was OK to do it that way.

I'll submit a new ticket.

Hi,

I hope this could be a way to contact Cameron to solve my problem.

I sent few enquires concerning the same problem...I know now how the priority works, but it seems strange to wait a response for a week from the last enquiry.

Same problem, 4 licenses still available ( 2 copies of SkyMaxPro 3.0 purchased, 2 machines activated), but in the activation the response by the server is all licenses slot used or something like that, I don't remember. 

I don't know if it could affected it, but I had the previous version 2.0 and the updating in three of my machines.

Right now I have three machines Windows 10 and a Mac Book Pro.

Please help !!!!
